“My experience was great because of the staff I was working with to resolve the issue. My call hung up at least twice because of poor service within my area, login didn’t work even though it was a simple login, and my computer wouldn’t allow me to log back into the entire computer. Even with all of this, it’s the first time I was happy about having a computer issue. The staff explained what they were doing/trying in order to resolve it.
